From November 1 2020 businesses will switch to applying electronic invoices.

In order to apply electronic invoices in Ha Nam in accordance with the roadmap prescribed by the Government in Decree 119/2018/ND-CP, the Ha Nam Provincial Tax Department issued Official Dispatch 3602/CT-TTHT dated August 20, 2020, encouraging businesses to switch to applying electronic invoices from November 1, 2020.

On August 20, 2020, the Tax Department of Ha Nam province issued Official Dispatch No. 3602/CT-TTHT to enterprises, taxpayers in the area laos telegram data  and related units to guide the application of electronic invoices in the province.

Article 35. Effective date
