And why was I forc to make this decision? The answer is simple: the client isn’t commit to the process.

And let me tell you something, the agency or consultant is not the only one responsible for meeting the objectives set.

Well, there are processes within this teamwork that are inherent to the client and not the agency.

At my agency, we’re responsible for developing the communications and marketing strategy for brand positioning, among other tasks…

However, although we provide support in various areas, it is our client’s sales team that must execute these sales and monitoring processes.

We have occasionally provided training to the sales by eliminating the ability of libraries  team because we have seen that conversion rates are not optimal due to a lack of skills among its members.

This is where customer awareness is need: investing in training for your sales team.

This ultimately allows for improved processes to ensure a good experience and prevent potential customers from being lost due to internal failures that affect sales results.
