THE BUSINESS MUST BE YOUR BRAND
If Amazon or Nike, or a Colombian brand like ALPINA, loses Instagram, what do you think will happen to the business?
Are sales going down? I assure you, NO!
Social media is just another channel, it’s not the uk email list business itself , so you have to start building your brand and positioning with your potential customers and those who already buy from you, that is, your clients.

I’m doing this because I’m trying to build a strong following with you. I want you to associate me with someone who knows strategic business communication, someone who knows sales, marketing, conversion funnels, etc.
Positioning is built through the power of repetition, by being present in the minds of those potential clients who may not yet be ready to buy from you, but through the positioning that you manage through visibility actions; Whatever the channel; Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing (as I do here on this mailing list), through social networks where you share interesting, engaging, and useful content on a recurring basis, through a blog if you have a website, or through YouTube if you like longer videos where you can deliver more in-depth content or why NOT; with 360 marketing including all of the above to have a more robust digital presence.
Ahhh, and let’s not forget the offline channels, such as billboards, BTL actions, flyers, radio spots, public relations actions, telemarketing, sales team, etc.
In the end…
If they see you, they remember you…
And if they don’t see you , your clients and potential clients will forget about you. It’s that simple.
But be careful; it’s not about use various types of emails overloading, it’s about supporting your customer’s journey through their purchasing decision-making process; this is what we call the Customer Journey.
For example:
I want to buy a car, I don’t know yet if it’s new or used, and the first thing I do is go to the tucarro.com website to find out how the prices are moving; here I’m in the EXPLORATION phase (by the way, I don’t know if you know, but my first digital business was when I acquired, 14 years ago, the tucarro.com franchise for the entire coast. It’s still one of my businesses, so if you want to sell a vehicle, let me know).
But back to the topic..
After looking at the prices, I figured a used Mazda would be the best option. I’m starting to look at some Mazda 3 classifieds and visit some dealerships. I like three of consumer data the cars I’ve seen, and two of them are being sold by a couple of dealerships, which gives me more confidence. I’m already in the CONSIDERATION phase.
And what happens next…?
I visit dealerships, they take my information…
They show me the cars they have, but I’m still undecided and prefer to wait 3 months.
