How to use WhatsApp Marketing to attract and retain potential customers

But first, let me tell you that this text will take you approximately two minutes to read. You’ll see if you don’t take that time for something that can change the results of your business. I’ve already made the space to write it with all my love.

Let’s start without further ado…

If you’re already investing in advertising and your campaigns are aimed at driving traffic or messages to WhatsApp, let me give you some advice:

Driving traffic to WhatsApp isn’t a bad thing, but not having a system to track these prospects and a content strategy to stay connected to these lists of potential customers is a bad thing.

Many of those users who arrive are not ready to buy immediately, in fact some will never buy anything from you (Which is normal), but if you listen to me and incorporate a good WhatsApp Marketing strategy, you will see that you will have a very powerful channel, not only to sell, but also to generate a relationship with your potential clients and current clients (and this is not an opinion, it is a rule that I have validated with all my clients who have put it into action)

If you’re paying for advertising to attract those  exploring the relationship between phone numbers and social media accounts conversations to your WhatsApp, take advantage and ask those people for their email address or to add you to their contact lists in exchange for a good incentive you can offer.

This way, you can work on your mailing list campaigns or even incorporate email  into your strategy.

SoWhatsApp Marketing

If you already have their WhatsApp number, you can even export that database and send them a follow-up message to maintain their awareness and share useful and valuable information that you know they will appreciate; I’m not talking about spam, I’m talking about valuable, useful, and relevant information for them (In fact, in my training, I teach several tools for sending bulk WhatsApp messages that work very well).

But Gaby, how do I know what information might be useful and valuable to them?

Well, there you go.

I’ll give you the trick, but don’t tell anyone.

Ready?

Well, to know what valuable information is, you must learn to know your audience, and to learn to know them you must create spaces for conversation with them.

And what better way to do this than through social media, or  china data even through WhatsApp, to ask them how they’re doing, and to say hello.

It’s simple! WhatsApp Marketing

There are no tricks, it’s just management and public relations work. Period!

Imagine being able to bring 500 potential customers to your WhatsApp. In a year, you’d have 6,000 people with whom you could build a business relationship, and even friendships. Why not?

So next time, don’t complain that you only receive messages from curious people who don’t buy.

It’s time to do your homework, follow up, and build a relationship with your prospects.

I assure you that if you do your homework well, you will turn some of them into clients (applies to entrepreneurs, personal brands, local businesses, SMEs and large companies).
