Although it may seem a bit confusing, a growth hacking strategy has an order and logic behind it (not everything is creativity). As with any other marketing strategy, you don’t have to put the cart before the horse, but try and test it little by little.

1. Product and customer: every sheep with its mate

Growth hacking is impossible to achieve if you don’t have the right product for the right customer.

Impossible.

Burn this phrase into your head because it is very important.

This strategy is not just about selling your product in the most creative and cheap way possible. You first need to study in detail the customer’s relationship loan data with the product.

When you look at it, you don’t just have to point out the features of the camera. Data like: 18 megapixel full frame camera, 18-55 mm lens, APS-C sensor… are boring. They are important, yes, but they don’t sell or attract attention.

What really makes the customer buy is the benefits. That is, how your product or service will help solve your customer’s problem or improve their daily life.

That’s what makes a person buy and what you need to find out in order to optimize your sales messages.
