What have the dealers done?
Well, look, NOTHING…
I started following them 3 months ago on Instagram, and I don’t even get any permanent ads from them (Something you can do with advertising campaigns, directing ads to your followers).
Remember I told you they took my information, they vietnam email list have my phone number and email address, and they haven’t done anything with it.
Marketing with this data, you can send me information through two direct contact channels: email and WhatsApp , share useful information that may be of interest to me, keep me up to date with the vehicles that arrive, look for reasons to contact me and be present there in my customer journey.
For example, I’m thinking they might send me a WhatsApp message informing me of some special agreement they’ve just signed with a bank with a preferential credit rate, etc.
Think about it; it’s just a matter of putting your mind to work and finding reasons and topics to stay in touch with potential clients.
And let’s not even talk about what they can do with the databases of those who already bought from them. Dead databases, which are simply Excel spreadsheets.
They are clearly leaving money on the table by NOT being top of mind with their customers.
I see it all the time, companies DO NOT work on loyalty and recall marketing, and that is why they DO NOT SELL MORE.
They DON’T sell more because they don’t build trust with their potential customers…
They DON’T sell more because they DON’T work on positioning…
And they don’t sell more, because their business depends on a social network that ultimately doesn’t belong to them.
I think by now you’ve realized that your keep your email list clean business will depend on all the effort you put into working on that positioning and building trust that is needed to increase sales and ensure your business is NOT so dependent on your Instagram; it’s just another channel.
Specifically, in my training, I teach many of the ways you can work on your loyalty marketing and recall marketing. I teach you how to develop campaigns to reach these audiences, and I also teach you the types of content and communication strategies to develop for each stage .
That’s why those who attend my training sessions sell! Obviously, those who do their homework and apply what I teach them.
That’s why my clients sell! Obviously, if they also commit to the process and heed the recommendations we make regarding sales and customer service processes.
