Sender’s name

 

For SMS mailings with an individual sender name, you need to register on the SIGMA messaging platform. Then log in to your personal account and go through three steps:

  1. Go to the “Settings” item in the left menu.
  2. Go to the “Sender Names” section.
  3. Click on the “Create” button in the upper right corner and fill in the fields.

In the field that opens, enter your name, select the SMS channel and specify the legal details of the company. Then click on the “Create” button – and the name will be sent for registration.

When registering, the client also sends our manager documents for the right to use the name. As a rule, this is a certificate for a trademark or a certificate for a domain name.

Once the name is approved, it is assigned the appropriate status in your personal account. It takes no more than 2-5 business days to confirm the data.

Message templates

 

After confirming the individual name, you can proceed to registering message templates . At this stage, you also need to complete three steps:

  1. Prepare the message text with constant and variable data (code, date, recipient’s name).
  2. Send the text of the newsletter to your personal manager at the specified email address.
  3. The manager sends the text template to the mobile operator for approval. Upon receiving a response, he notifies you of the template status – approved or not approved.

Please note that each operator has different requirements and criteria for the message’s compliance with a particular type of traffic. The manager will consult you, provide the necessary information, but cannot guarantee a positive response from the provider.
